Studies, Doctorate of Religious Arts in Christian Education,
Master of Religious Arts in Christian Education and Bachelor of
Science of Home Economics and will graduate with a Doctorate of
Science in Counseling Studies in March. She is licensed under
the blood of Jesus Christ and has worked in the COGIC since she
was a little girl but never understood just what the Holy Spirit
was all about until she received the baptism of the Holy Spirit
for herself. Now she accepts nothing less than His anointing
power and authority in her life. This is why she loves to teach
the Word of God. She is married to Retired SFC Gerald E. Smith
and has two grown sons and six beautiful grandchildren and has

Jacqueline (Jackie) Kelly is a passionate woman of God, Teacher,
Prayer Warrior, Faith Based Health Minister, and travels as
Workshop Facilitator, with an emerging business and ministry in
Health and Wellness. Her scripture based workshops inspire
women to obtain optimum health and to mature in their walk with
God. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Health Studies. Jackie is a licensed Deaconess Missionary with
the Church of God In Christ, Inc. She is a long time Alaskan,
residing in Fairbanks and Anchorage over the past 41 yrs. In
2005, she retired from the State of Alaska with experience in
Coordinating and Managing Subsidized Housing Programs. Jackie
is the wife of Elder Robert H. Kelly, the Assistant Pastor of
Greater Friendly Temple Church of God In Christ, Anchorage
Alaska. She serves faithfully beside him in this Ministry.
Together their family blends eight children, 18 grandchildren
and two great grandchildren.
Jean Johnson: TOPIC: Pray, Expecting Excellent Results 1:30 p. m.
Rev. Jean Johnson was born and raised in Andalusia, Alabama.
Rev. Johnson is married to Mr. Donald T. Johnson Deacon; they have three
children, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. On October
12, 1997 Reverend Johnson began to impart to others her singular gifting
abilities to bring people into a warm vibrant worship expression to the
Lord. She has numerals years of worship leading experience. She has
exposed her Worship representative gift in many occasions throughout the
Anchorage Community. Rev. Johnson has an Associate of Applied Science
Degree in Early Childhood Development from the University of Alaska
Anchorage and a Child Development Associate from the Council for
Professional Recognition Board of Washington DC. Rev. Johnson is an

Francis Williams received her elementary and secondary
education in the Wilson, North Carolina Public School System.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from North Carolina Wesleyan
College, Rocky Mount, North Carolina, her Masters of Divinity
Degree from the Hood Theological Seminary, Salisbury, North
Carolina, and her Doctorial Degree from Palmer Theological
Seminary, Wynnewood, PA.. Dr. Williams was appointed to
represent the Western Episcopal District of which the Alaska
Conference is a part. Dr. Williams serves on the Administrative
Board of Appeals for her beloved Zion. Dr. Williams reside in
Anchorage, AK where she is heavily involved in community
ministry and is an associate minister of Empowerment Temple AME
Zion Church. Dr. Williams has traveled extensively throughout
both North & South America preaching, teaching and lecturing.

Williams has served over 40 years in ministry 23 of those years
she served as a pastor in the African Methodist Episcopal Zion
